However, it is a long way to the subway, which can be a drawback for those relying on public transportation. The rooms are comfortable, with cozy beds and clean linen. The kitchen is well-equipped with utensils and pans. The staff provides good service, with helpful room service personnel like Ajay and friendly breakfast staff like Naveed. The breakfast has good quality food, although the variation could be improved.

The hotel's carpet floors may feel dusty, which can be a cleanliness concern for some guests.

The staff at Element Al Mina were extremely helpful and attentive. The reception staff were always on hand to assist and even arranged a smooth check-in at 5:00 am. The floor manager went out of his way to allocate us the rooms we had booked, despite a last-minute change. The airport pickup service was excellent with a luxurious van and a great driver. Naved, one of the staff members, deserves special mention for his top-notch service and prompt serving of Indian breakfast. The drop-off service to downtown and La Mer Beach was punctual and the driver even helped with our luggage. The hotel offers excellent amenities such as a gym, rooftop swimming area, and 24-hour tea/coffee vending machine. Additionally, the management provided a personal written apology for a fire alarm incident. Sarangaa Bhojan Shala, a great Indian restaurant, is conveniently located nearby.

The stay was really good! The staff were friendly and were really nice too make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and clean, and we were even given an early check-in. The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of options including Indian dishes. The location was convenient, close to a metro station and easily accessible by taxi. we had a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

One negative aspect was the noise in the foyer/restaurant area outside of service hours. Some guests were using the area to make phone calls and watch videos, difficult for others to work in the same space.
